Crane Assembley & Setup

Assembly of WT e.tronic tower cranes is user friendly. The assembly time can be reduced, due to the fact that no jib stays are required at headless cranes. The assembly weights can easily be adjusted to the setup requirements. At the headless WT e.tronic series tower cranes the jibs can be assembled and disassembled in the air. No mounting platforms are required for the assembly of the slewing part.

WILBERT tower cranes do not have mechanical end switches. The crane is configured by programming the e.tronic via the touch panel in the operator's cab. The adjustment and verification of the load parameters, such as maximum load and load moment, can be achieved by using just one reference weight. The integrated operating range limiter can depict eight polygons with eight points for each polygon. Two of the polygons can be switched on and off.
